Alex Graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2019. A lifelong athlete with a passion for exercise and improvement of the human body. Specific knowledge in Performance Nutrition, Exercise Prescription, Prevention and Treatment of Athletic Injury, and Exercise Psychology equip him to well train and motivate any and all individuals, regardless of experience level! Certified as a Recovery Specialist (CRS) & Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Alex has the knowledge & experience to help those who find traditional exercise difficult, by working at their level & building a foundation to better suit their needs. As a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), he's aided in the weight loss and/or performance benefit of 100+ different athletes & adults. He's assisted in the training of 1000+ individuals, all of various ages and goals; including Junior Olympians and multiple collegiate athletes.
